- Complete bill of materials with manufacturer's part number for each component
- Gerber files of printed circuit board design(s)
- Estimated Annual Usage quantities and production quantities
- Technical contact person, telephone number, fax number and e-mail address
- Additional information that may be helpful if you have it available: Assembly, schematic, and PCB drawings
- Sample board and golden sample assembly - whenever applicable and available
- Test Requirements and Procedures - In-circuit testing (requires a dedicated test fixture), functional testing (required test equipment)
